How do I cancel my booking?
Email us at info@stayops.com.au with your booking reference and we'll process the cancellation promptly. You can also use the cancel link in your booking confirmation email.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your cancellation request. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
What if I need to change my dates instead of cancelling?
Date changes are treated as a cancellation of the original booking and a new booking. If your original booking qualifies for a full refund, we'll apply the full amount to your new booking. Get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes — we always recommend travel insurance for unexpected situations like illness, flight cancellations, or family emergencies. Our cancellation policy is fixed, but travel insurance can cover circumstances outside our policy window.
