✓No parties or large gatherings
✓Please be mindful of neighbours at all times
✓Music and outdoor entertaining welcome until 10pm

Smoking

✗No smoking inside the property
✓Smoking permitted in the garden only
✓Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly

Pets

✓Well-behaved pets welcome — please advise in advance
✓Pets must not be left alone in the property
✓Please keep pets off the furniture
✓Clean up after your pet in the garden
